SGMP National Education Conference
The 29th annual SGMP National Education Conference (NEC) in Norfolk, Virginia, on June 8-11, 2011, has sold out. We have reached the maximum physical capacity for registered participants. We cannot allow any additional registrations or exceptions. We have more registered planner attendees than our recent NEC average. We have reserved all available exhibit booth space. There will be no on-site registration. There will be no waiting list. We look forward to connecting with our members at another great conference next month.
In order for SGMP members to register to exhibit or attend our 29th annual conference, you will need your SGMP website login and password from your membership record. If you are not a member, you will need to sign in to our system before you register.
Attendees at the NEC can gain 20 hours of education and earn 2.0 CEUs (10 hours = 1 CEU). There are also additional pre-conference programming opportunities for more CEUs. Be sure to review the pre-conference programming and the agenda before you register. If you wish to attend a pre-conference program, please note that there is limited space available for each and that these multi-day programs run concurrently, so you will only be able to register for one of them.
All registrations except for "Guest" include admission to the Sam Gilmer Awards Banquet and the Tech Fair with speaker session (Guests may buy a ticket to attend either of these). Guest registrants may attend the Welcome Reception.
Everything you need to learn about and to register for the biggest annual event in the government meetings industry is available to you right here. Take a look at the Facts-At-A-Glance page for lots of helpful information about Norfolk and the NEC.
We look forward to seeing you at our 29th annual convention! If you have any questions about the process, please email membership@sgmp.org.
