Silent and Live Auction

We are currently soliciting donations for the 2012 Silent and Live Auctions we hold during the NEC. If you are considering donating to the auctions, please review and submit this form.

We will post a list of the items on the conference website as we populate the donations in our tracking system. Please check back for a list of great items. All proceeds go to future scholarships to the NEC.

All attendees of the 2012 NEC are eligible to bid on items in the Silent and Live Auctions. Attendees are responsible for retreival of their items if they place a successful bid. Silent auction registration requires confirmation of approval for payment by credit card. Payment will be processed on Friday and the items will be available for retrieval after the conclusion of the event in the Silent Auction room at the host hotel. All items that are not retrieved by 3 PM will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

Live Auction checkout will be available at the event. Retrieval of the items and confirmation of a successful bid is contingent on collection of payment for the auctioned item.
