Payment must accompany your registration. REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT AND COMPLETE INFORMATION.
Membership:
All persons listed as exhibitors must be SGMP members as of the date of the application and must be a member in good standing for the duration of the conference. For membership questions, please contact Kim Kowal at kimberly.kowal@sgmp.org
Electronic Mailing List:
An electronic mailing list of attending SGMP planner members is available for a fee of $395. Please specify the sort order for your list. Your list will be sent to you four weeks prior to the conference. THIS LIST WILL ONLY BE SENT ONCE.

Expo
The 2011 Expo is open only to planners, contract planners, associate suppliers, retired members, student members and paid exhibiting suppliers. NON-EXHIBITING SUPPLIERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE SHOW FLOOR AT ANY TIME. This prospectus is for registration of exhibitors only. Should you be bringing a guest, or others in your organization are planning to attend as non-exhibitors, please advise them to register as an attendee.

Dismantling
Exhibit dismantling will take place from 1:00pm – 7:00pm on Friday, May 18, 2012. If you dismantle prior to 1:00pm you will forfeit the final attendee list.
BREAKDOWN OF BOOTH MATERIAL BEFORE 1:00PM IS NOT PERMITTED. PLEASE BOOK YOUR TRAVEL ACCORDINGLY IN ORDER TO ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR BREAKDOWN AND SHIPMENT OF YOUR BOOTH. BREAKING DOWN EARLY IN ORDER TO CATCH A FLIGHT WILL BE CONSIDERED A VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS RULE.
