Our host hotel, the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, has rooms available to all conference attendees at the Government Per Diem (as determined in September 2011). All education and general sessions will take place in the Hilton. If you call the hotel directly to reserve, please be sure to mention that you are with the SGMP National Education Conference group.

Room Guarantee/Deposit:
Rooms will not be held unless guaranteed with a major credit card or by mailing a check in the amount of one night's room rate and tax DIRECTLY TO THE ASSIGNED HOTEL WITHIN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE. CHECKS MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO THE ASSIGNED HOTEL. Deposit applied to first night's room and tax upon attendee's arrival. Deposit refunds available if reservations cancelled five (5) days prior to arrival.

Housing Changes/Cancellations: All changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
