Celebration Kitchen - Lunchbox Madness - The New & Revamped Lunchbox

On June 1-4, SGMP launched their 40th Anniversary Celebration Kitchen with Lunchbox Madness. During Lunchbox Madness: The New & Revamped Lunchbox we highlighted members with a virtual showcase of their amazing culinary talents by featuring recorded show-and-tell videos on social media throughout the week. 
Opening the Celebration Kitchen were Wayne Callis and Henry Harper, both GIL Trustees. Their video opens with the history of the lunch box, has an amazing recipe for a “Simple Salad” and includes a champagne toast to the SGMP 40th Anniversary.

Our next video was from Jennifer Middleton and the Sonesta Simply Suites in Huntsville. Their video showcased the Sonesta Suites, a place to call home when you're on the road and a recipe for “My Oma's Rouladen” that made us all a little homesick for our Mom's cooking.

Our 3rd video was from Hilary Sullivan and the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center. General Manager, Greg Langweg and Executive Chef Rajeev Sethi showcased how the Hilton AMC has revamped meal service during these unprecedented times and shared an amazing salmon kale caesar bento box that we all want to try.

Our final video was from Marie Arighi and the Von Braun Center, home of the NEC conference in September! (Sign up now) Stephen Ryberg, the General Manager of Rhythm on Monroe Restaurant invited us all to “come on down” to Huntsville and showcased a Grilled Chicken Pear Salad, that is one of their most popular lunchboxes.
