The 2020 CGMP Summit will be held Monday, May 18th, 2020 at the Marriott St. Louis Grand in St. Louis, Missouri.  This exclusive educational and networking event is being offered as a pre-conference event prior to the 2020 National Education Conference.

CGMP Summit

SGMP hosted an exclusive educational and networking event in a new format for those who have earned their CGMP designation. The 2019 CGMP Summit, took place Monday, June 24, 2019 as a pre-National Education Conference event at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center in Detroit, Michigan. 
 
The Summit offered high-level educational sessions covering the core competencies of government meeting planning and management and provided 5 contact hours toward recertification. Advanced practitioners were able to network with their peers in an intimate setting, extending their skills and personal connections.

CGMP Congress

The  2016 CGMP Congress, was held February 22-24 at the Doubletree Hilton Washington DC-Crystal City. The event included the latest in industry education, designed especially for the higher-level professionals that hold the CGMP certification, and participants earned 10 contact hours of the 15 needed for recertification. 

Several networking opportunities allowed attendees to meet with one another from a peer-to-peer thought leadership perspective, sharing best practices with one another and thus augmenting the education offered by CGMP Congress speakers. See the flyer and press release about the event.
