Even before the Covid-19 pandemic, more and more employers were moving towards a variety of types of virtual interviews with candidates. The pandemic has dramatically increased virtual interviewing, but many candidates are still developing the skills to successfully interview in virtual formats.
This webinar will provide strategies for success in formats such as telephone interviewing, virtual interviewing (using Zoom and other platforms), and pre-recorded video interviews.

He has developed and facilitated training in management skills, presentation skills, meeting facilitation skills, and business writing skills. Alan’s clients include associations, corporations, federal government agencies and health care organizations.
Alan possesses a liberal arts undergraduate degree from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, a master’s degree in human resource development from Rochester Institute of Technology and a graduate certificate in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.
