By initialing, I acknowledge that I am expected to stay at the host hotels and will make reservations accordingly or I am local to the event.

By initialing, I acknowledge that photographs may be taken of me at the 2023 NEC. Photos, videos or film likeness may be used for legitimate purposes by SGMP for promotional purposes and/or inclusion on SGMP websites.

By initialing you acknowledge that SGMP cannot be held liable for COVID-19 cases arising because of event attendance. I acknowledge the potential risk and will take applicable precautions as recommended by the CDC at the time of the conference.

By initialing, I understand that registrations cancelled before Thursday, March 30, 2023 will be refunded in full less a $30 handling fee. Registrations cancelled from March 31- April 14, 2023 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Registrations cancelled after Friday, April 14, 2023 will not be eligible for a refund unless it is in accordance with the Emergency Policy. If SGMP cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, SGMP has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. SGMP will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses due to the cancellation or postponement of an event.

Do your meetings require hotels whether for rooms, space or both?

You may make payment via credit card or request an invoice for a payment via check.
If you have been provided with a promotional code, please enter the code below and hit apply to adjust total due.

Once you register, payment must be received within 4 weeks.
However, if you register less than 3 weeks prior to the conference, immediate payment is required.
All registration fees must be received by SGMP no later than Tuesday, May 30, 2023.
All attendees payments must be received before entering the 2023 NEC.
