In this session, Tiffany Slay with Four Points by Sheraton Alexandria will share practical tips and best practices for successfully planning and executing food and beverage services for federal meetings. Attendees will gain insight into aligning menus with federal regulations, managing costs, accommodating dietary needs, and fostering strong planner–supplier partnerships to ensure compliant, efficient, and high-quality meeting experiences.
