Convention & Visitors Bureaus (CVBs) play a critical role in the success of government meetings and events—but many planners and suppliers may not fully understand the scope of resources and strategic support they provide. This dynamic panel discussion will feature CVB leaders who will share insights into destination services, site selection support, economic impact considerations, and creative ways to leverage local partnerships.

Participants will gain practical strategies for collaborating with CVBs from the earliest stages of planning through post-event evaluation. Whether you are a government planner seeking logistical support or a supplier looking to better align with destination partners, this session will equip you with tools to strengthen relationships and enhance meeting outcomes.
