Panel Discussion: Advance your career by earning a CGMP Designation

Speakers: Kim Phillips, CGMP - Arizona Chapter
                  Juliet Jacoby, CGMP, PDM - Rocky Mountain Chapter 
                  Denise Stone, CMP, CGMP DES - Golden State Chapter

Cost: $10 - all proceeds go to the SGMPAZ Education Scholarship. Our goal is to raise enough funds to cover the cost of a member (or members, if we can raise more) to attend the 2027 NEC in Pittsburgh, PA.

This lively panel session is a collaboration of SGMP Western Alliance (the Arizona, Rocky Mountain, & Golden State Chapters). In this session, you will learn about the Certified Government Meeting Professional designation, why it is important, how you can begin your certification, and who you can contact to learn additional details that you my like to know about the process. Our panel members are current CGMPs and are excited to share with you on how they prepared for the exam, the process of earning and keeping the designation, and how being a CGMP has help their careers. You will have an opportunity to ask questions of the panelists, and if we have extra time we will play a fun round of "Are You Smarter Than A CGMP".
