Program Description:
This interactive hands-on session is a follow-up to the “SGMP: What’s in It for Me?” presentation. Attendees will dive into their creative thinking and brainstorming skills to collaborate with one another, in teams, with a focus on the Chapter’s goals and objectives to sustain and move the chapter forward. Discussions will include member recruitment and retention, identifying award-winning educational programs, and mapping out succession planning action steps to identify future leaders to serve on the board or chair committees. More importantly, the attendees will strategize and share ideas on taking ownership of their member benefits to maximize their return on investment. Hence, the title “Reimagining and Resetting Your ROI in SGMP.”
