How to Facilitate a Successful Hybrid Presentation

By definition, a hybrid presentation is a session that includes both in-person and virtual audience members. There are several potential advantages to a hybrid presentation including larger audiences because of reduced barriers to participation, better engagement, reduced costs for virtual attendees, enhanced sponsorship opportunities, improved data collection capabilities, increased return on investment and environmental friendliness with a reduced carbon footprint. This session will discuss specific steps meeting planners need to take BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the event to facilitate a successful hybrid presentation.
