In this engaging session, Dr. Gabrielle K. Gabrielli, Ph.D., CGMP, President of the Florida SGMP Chapter, will explore practical, people-centered strategies for effectively dealing with difficult behaviors in professional settings. Participants will learn how to recognize common personality triggers, respond with confidence and professionalism, and use communication tools that de-escalate conflict while preserving relationships. This session will equip government meeting professionals with actionable techniques to maintain composure, protect collaboration, and keep meetings—and partnerships—on track.
