Registration Policies

• Registration ends the Thursday prior to the meeting/event at 5:00 pm.
• Registrations after 5:00 pm the Thursday prior [to] the meeting/event must be approved by the Treasurer and will incur a $20 late fee.
• Walk-in registration is strongly discouraged. Members who choose to register on-site will be responsible for the standard monthly meeting registration fee for their membership type, in addition to a $20 late registration fee and an additional $25 walk-in fee.
• Refunds will be provided only when cancellation notification is received prior to 5:00 pm the Thursday before the meeting.
• A guest may attend a maximum of two MiSGMP sponsored programs/events at the applicable guest rate. To attend additional MiSGMP sponsored programs/events, one must become a MiSGMP member.
• All registration fees shall be paid prior to the meeting/event unless prior arrangements to pay with cash or check in-person the day of the meeting/event have been made. Credit card payments will no longer be accepted on-site the day of the meeting/event.
• The names and affiliations of registrants for a MiSGMP event/meeting are shared with registrants, speakers, and/or sponsors for that event/meeting.
