Upcoming Events

Monthly meetings are $11 for planners and $26 for suppliers. Non-members may attend their first event for free, they may attend a second meeting without joining if they pay, but must join to attend a third event. A 50/50 raffle will be available to enter at the meeting with cash or check only, $1 per ticket for $5 for 6. 

April Monthly Meeting

Presentation: Generations at the Table: Working Better Together in Today’s Meeting World with Ramona Huckstep, Senior Coordinator, Office of Advancement, University of Missouri and MOCAP Planner Director. 

Ramona has been a member of the SGMP MOCAP Chapter for more than 20 years. During that time she chaired the Membership Committee and assisted with many committees over the years. For the past few years she has been one of the Planner Directors. She currently plans the programs and makes sure that lunches are healthy and fun. Ramona has enjoyed participating in SGMP and hopes to continue doing so for awhile longer. Ramona started her career in meeting planning with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources; she then planned meetings for the Missouri Municipal League and briefly for the Missouri Rural Water Association. Ramona is starting a new adventure assisting with meeting planning for the University of Missouri – Columbia, specifically in Advancement. She enjoys presenting information and talking in front of groups, especially such friendly groups at SGMP.
