President's Quarterly Letter - January 2026

Dear SGMP NATCAP Members,

I am excited to return to the SGMP NATCAP Chapter as President.  I am honored and energized to step into this role and serve.  

I want to express my gratitude to our Past President, Ms. Melissa MacDonald, for inviting me to return as 1st Vice President with the understanding that we would serve together.  As Melissa transitions into her new role at her job, I wish her success in a well-deserved promotion. Your dedication to this organization is honorable. I look forward to your continued support. 

As President, my commitment is clear: to lead with purpose, transparency, and excellence—while always centering the value of you, our members. Members are the lifeline to SGMP. Every member matters. Your voice, your experience, your ideas, and your willingness to engage are what fuel this organization and move us forward.
